1About Capstone Data

Capstone Data is a solar property intelligence company. We identify residential properties that have solar installed and sell that information as a dataset to contractors and service businesses.

Every record we sell is a confirmed solar home. That is the claim we make about our inventory, and it is the one we stand behind.

There are two ways to buy:

• Build it yourself. Choose a state, choose the attributes you want, see the price as you build, and check out. Your file is prepared and returned to you.
• Built to order. For markets we have not opened yet, or for larger or custom requirements, we build the dataset for you. Speak to us.

We are opening self-serve markets state by state. We do not commit to a date for any market that is not yet open.

2Ordering and payment

When you build a dataset on our website, the price shown is calculated from the attributes you selected and the quantity you chose, and it is the price you pay. Orders are subject to a minimum order value, shown on the page.

The quantity available to you depends on what your selection actually matches. If you ask for more records than your selection can fill, the site will tell you before you pay.

Payment is taken through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. All prices are in US dollars.

3What we deliver

You receive the attributes you selected and paid for, and only those. You pay per attribute, per record, and our website describes what each attribute contains before you buy it.

Some attributes are available on essentially every record, such as the property address and the financing information on record. Others are, by their nature, present on only a portion of records: a second name appears only where a second person is on the filing, and satellite confirmation exists only where suitable imagery is available for that property. Where an attribute does not apply to a record, that field is delivered empty. It is not filled with a guess.

4Our unlimited guarantee

That is the whole guarantee, and it is deliberately the whole guarantee. It is what we verify, it is what our inventory is, and it is the thing you are actually buying.

It does not extend to the other attributes. The additional attributes a record can carry, such as the owner's name, a phone number, an email address or the install year, are chosen and priced by you at the time of order and are delivered as described in Section 3. They are not covered by the replacement guarantee.

The guarantee describes the data at the moment we deliver it. It does not cover natural decay over time as people move, numbers are disconnected, or circumstances change. It is not a guarantee of any commercial result: we do not promise appointments, sales, or a response rate.

5How you may use the data

Data you buy is licensed for use by your business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share it with any third party without our written permission.

You may not use it to build a competing dataset or product, and you may not represent it as your own data product to others.

6Your compliance obligations

We provide property and homeowner information. We do not provide legal advice, we do not screen your intended use, and we do not warrant that any particular contact may lawfully be called, texted, or emailed by you.

Our data is not a consumer report and is not provided for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You may not use it to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.

7Use of the website

You agree to use capstoneanchor.com lawfully. You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information through any form.
• Interfere with the operation of our website or systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the site.
• Attempt to circumvent any security, verification, or payment control.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through our forms.

8SMS messaging terms

If you book a call at book.capstoneanchor.com you may be offered an optional SMS consent checkbox. Consent is always optional, never pre-checked, and never required to book.

You may receive booking confirmations, reminders and reschedule notices. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opt in to marketing.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; we will confirm and stop. Reply HELP, or email operations@capstoneanchor.com, for help. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data.

9Intellectual property

The website, including its text, design, graphics, logos and code, is the property of Capstone Data and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

10Third-party services

We rely on third parties to operate, including our payment processor (Stripe), our website analytics provider (Google), our booking calendar system, our messaging providers, and our cloud hosting and database providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

11Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the guarantee in Section 4, our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capstone Data is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or data, including lost profits, lost data, or service interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes are posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use our website or services after that means you accept the revised Terms. The Terms in force when you place an order govern that order.

15Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
